Booking Process

– Make your booking request via this page.

– Within a couple of days you will receive an email confirming your reservation and a request for payment.

– Once payment has been confirmed, you will be sent your etickets confirming your booking.

– If no payment has been received within 10 days of your reservation they will be released back for sale.

– Payment is by BACS only. Your reservation email will have the details.

– Train places are on a first come basis. Due to the limitations of our system you may not get your first choice. If this happens you will be offered a place on the nearest time to your request.

Santa Terms and conditions

– All children must be accompanied by an adult. Adult ticket is included in the price.

– Price includes 2 trips on the miniature railway and each child receives a present.

– Be on time! If you miss your train, we can guarantee a present for your child, but cannot guarantee getting you on another train to see Santa.

GDPR

The following data is collected and used for:-

– Contact name, phone and email are to enable us to efficiently contact you about your booking.
– Children’s name and age help Santa know who’s visiting him and what present they may like.
– Unless requested, we will keep this information on file until after the next Santa visit. We do this to avoid duplicate presents should your child be lucky enough to visit Santa the following year.
