Membership Fees 2024 – 2025
Please note that there is a “one off” £10 Joining fee for new members except juniors.

Definitions:-
Ordinary Membership: Single adult member aged 16+, who has 1 vote at the AGM.
Family Membership: One or two adults + children under the age of 16 who live at the same address. Only 1 adult allowed to vote at the AGM.
Junior Membership: A member who is between 8 and 16years old, and who must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when attending the WWSME site. Has own name, address, telephone number and email address registered for direct contact. Ineligible to vote at the AGM.
Country Membership: Ordinary or Family membership where the member lives more than 35 miles away, as determined by The AA route finder shortest route, from post code BA13 4LX (main site). 1 vote at the AGM.
On-line Membership: Ordinary or Family membership where the member has difficulty in accessing the main site on a regular basis, but has on-line access for the website, email, member email updates, the newsletter and Zoom access for WWSME meetings. 1 vote at the AGM.
The Club site is open all week for members to use excluding Wednesdays which is a maintenance day.
Club House Opening Times:-
Friday Morning 10:00 – 12:30
Sept – March: 1st & 3rd Saturday each Month 10:00 – 16:00
April – August: Every Saturday except when portable track is in use at fetes
