MENU

Starters

1. Baby beetroots, apple, toasted hazelnuts, goats curd, mustard and hazelnut dressing
2. Jerusalem artichoke soup, crispy artichokes, white truffle oil
3. Smoked mackerel and trout terrine, saffron potatoes, dill crème fraiche, pickled kohlrabi

Mains

1. Turkey breast, sage and cranberry stuffing, wrapped in streaky bacon, served with all the trimmings and turkey gravy
2. Salt baked celeriac, roasted sprouts, chestnuts, baby onions and kale, wild mushrooms and madeira sauce
3. Roast fillet of hake, new potatoes, braised chicory, salsa verdie
4. Maple and beer braised pork rib, cauliflower puree, pancetta sauce, crushed swede and sweet potato

Desserts

1. Christmas pudding, Christmas pudding ice cream, brandy butter
2. Orange panna cotta, chocolate chip cookie, poached orange
3. Warm chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream
